June is Thesis Month
Two events. Two ways to keep moving.
Rowena Murray's Thesis Mid-Game Course
For PhD students in the middle stages who have material but struggle to turn it into coherent chapters. Over four weeks, Prof Rowena Murray introduces writing tasks, you write in real time, discuss your work with peers, and receive targeted feedback from Rowena herself.
Summer Thesis Bootcamp
Join 25 other late-stage PhD students for a structured, intensive writing weekend. You plan your chapter beforehand with expert guidance, write thousands of words over four days, and reunite for an editing workshop afterwards.
The average word count is 13,500. The highest is 39,000. Most participants arrive doubting they can write 5,000. They leave having written three times that.
The numbers from previous bootcamps
Over 100 PhD students have been through the Thesis Bootcamp. Here is what a typical cohort produces.
